What we collect

Job applications: when you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, a contact method, your CV as a file, and your written answers to the form's questions.

Contact forms: your name, email address, and the text of your message.

Usage data: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used. Clarity records anonymised interactions such as clicks and scrolling. We do not use it to identify you.

We do not collect payment details, and we do not ask for national ID or passport numbers through this website.

Why we collect it

To review and respond to job applications.

To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.

To improve the clarity and speed of the site based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where your data is stored

Applications and messages are stored in our content management system's database.

CV files are uploaded to Cloudflare R2 storage.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes ordinary network data such as IP addresses and server logs.

Data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, because these services run on global infrastructure.

How long we keep it

We keep job applications while the role is open, and afterwards so we can revisit them when a similar role opens.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to function and to remember your language choice.

Microsoft Clarity adds measurement cookies. You can block these in your browser settings without breaking the site.
