We hire people who build, not people who wait to be told

Taqweed builds websites, systems and brand identities for the Gulf market, and the whole team has worked fully remote since day one. Every role below lists its salary in dollars, how many seats are open, and how many candidates have reached the shortlist so far. No "competitive package", no "we'll be in touch".

How we work

How this actually works day to day

Not "a flexible environment with a young, ambitious team". These are the details you'd live with every day, so you can tell right now whether they suit you.

One hour of overlap, the rest is yours

The only team meeting runs 12:00–1:00 PM Mecca time (GMT+3). Outside that hour, structure your day however you like — as long as messages get an answer within two hours during working hours.

Write it down before you meet

Every decision gets written in Notion before it's discussed. The meeting is for settling things, not explaining them — so if you hate meetings that could have been a message, you'll like it here.

We ship weekly, not quarterly

Our delivery cycle averages five days. Your work reaches a real client fast and you see the effect of it fast — which also means putting things off shows up fast.

Reviewed quarterly, paid on results

A written performance review every quarter against criteria agreed up front. Raises and promotions are decided there — not by seniority, and not by mood.

Front-End / WordPress Developer

You build client sites from scratch and from our ready-made templates, then install them live on the client's own domain. Daily work in WordPress, Elementor and HTML/CSS/JS, wiring up forms and payments and tuning speed. You're the one who turns a design into a site that opens in two seconds.

Taqweed is a full-service digital agency offering: UX/UI design, brand identity, web and e-commerce development (WordPress, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid), custom web and mobile app development, and post-launch technical support — all tailored for the Gulf market.

Cost depends on project type and scope: a simple landing site, a corporate website, or an e-commerce store / custom platform. Send us your project details and we'll respond within 48 hours with a detailed quote and clear delivery timeline. The first consultation is free.

Landing site: 2-4 weeks. E-commerce store: 4-8 weeks. Custom web or mobile app: 8-16 weeks depending on complexity. Our 7-stage Taqweed Way process gives you a clear schedule from day one with milestones at every stage.

Yes. We partner with companies across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Egypt. All communication happens online via Zoom and Google Meet, with delivery through Figma and GitHub. We provide tax-compliant invoices for clients in every country we serve.

Yes. Our stores fully integrate with Gulf payment gateways: Mada, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, and HyperPay. We deliver e-invoicing compliant with Saudi ZATCA regulations and meet the e-invoicing requirements of other GCC countries.

WordPress fits corporate sites, blogs, and small-to-medium e-commerce — faster to ship and lower in cost. Custom development fits large platforms, complex applications, and systems requiring high performance and scalability. We pick the right approach after studying your specific needs.

We start with an interactive Smart Brief at https://brief.taqweed.com — it takes only 15-30 minutes. The system asks the 12-15 most important questions about your project in a smart sequence, auto-saves your answers, and outputs a clear requirements document ready for both technical and creative teams. The result: faster kickoff and a unified vision with no repeat meetings.

Yes. Every client gets a live project dashboard showing every task, its status (Done, In Progress, In Review, Not Started), the team responsible, and the expected deadline. Auto-notifications keep you updated on every key change. Full transparency is core to how we work — no surprises, no hidden delays.

Yes. We offer monthly support packages covering security updates, automated backups, performance monitoring, bug fixes, and content updates. We also include a free 30-day post-launch warranty to fix any code-level issues at no extra cost.
