One hour of overlap, the rest is yours
The only team meeting runs 12:00–1:00 PM Mecca time (GMT+3). Outside that hour, structure your day however you like — as long as messages get an answer within two hours during working hours.
Write it down before you meet
Every decision gets written in Notion before it's discussed. The meeting is for settling things, not explaining them — so if you hate meetings that could have been a message, you'll like it here.

Front-End / WordPress Developer
You build client sites from scratch and from our ready-made templates, then install them live on the client's own domain. Daily work in WordPress, Elementor and HTML/CSS/JS, wiring up forms and payments and tuning speed. You're the one who turns a design into a site that opens in two seconds.
UI/UX Designer
You design the screens before anyone writes code: the flow, the states, and the components a developer can build without guessing. Most of the work is marketing sites and dashboards, in Arabic and English, and you hand over decisions rather than pictures.
Account Manager
You are the client's one point of contact from the first call to handover: you scope the work, write the proposal, and keep the schedule honest. You need to understand what we build well enough to say no to the wrong project.
Arabic Content Writer
You write the copy that goes on the sites we ship: home pages, service pages, and articles that have to rank. Clean MSA, no filler, and a tolerance for being edited. Familiarity with SEO is expected, not optional.
Project Coordinator
You keep several projects moving at once: chasing the content a client owes us, spotting the week a deadline is about to slip, and making sure nothing waits on a message nobody answered. Notion is where the work lives.
