Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. We start by reading what actually happens — where users stop, which screens get abandoned, and what already works and must not be touched — before drawing anything. The eaalim redesign is the published example: UX and UI together with a unified design system, producing a clearer signup journey and a rise in enrolled students.
Seven: discovery, where we listen and work out who will use the product; definition, where we set a roadmap and agree what success is measured by; design; development into clean, scalable code; launch; growth, where we measure, learn, and improve; and ongoing support. A stage does not open until the previous one is approved in writing.
That is the normal starting point for most projects, and the discovery stage exists precisely for it. The first session is free: bring the idea, leave with a clearer plan, even if you go no further with us. We would rather start from an unpolished business problem than a pre-written feature list — a ready-made list usually hides the real question.
Less than most expect: a requirements session at the start, a weekly review of no more than thirty minutes, and a written approval at the end of each stage. What we need from you is the business decision and the authority to approve, not technical detail. The one delay we cannot absorb is late approvals or late content.
