Minara — a business website ready to launch
Eight pages built for a services company or consultancy: a standalone page per service that you can duplicate without limit, a full blog, and contact forms that land in your inbox. Rebuilt from a site we shipped two years ago and that has been running ever since.

What exactly is Minara?
Minara is a marketing site for a company that sells services — an agency, a consultancy, a technology firm, a solutions provider. It is built around a single idea: a visitor searching for one specific service should land on a page devoted to it, not a line in a long list. That is why its most important part is the single-service page template — duplicate it for every service you offer, each with its own headline, pricing, FAQ and enquiry form, and your site starts ranking service by service instead of one page trying to say everything at once.
The original was delivered to a client in Riyadh in 2024 and carried live ad campaigns before we rebuilt it as a neutral template. Which means the design has already been through the real test: load speed was tuned under pressure, the contact forms were reworked after we saw where visitors were dropping out, and the order of the home page sections changed twice on the back of actual data.
Everything is editable from an admin panel without a developer: copy, images, services, blog posts, even the order of the home page sections. The code is handed over in full — host it wherever you like, with no monthly fee to Taqweed after delivery.
- Your services rank one at a timeEach service gets its own page with its own headline and keywords, instead of one page competing for ten different search terms.
- It grows without a rebuildAdd a service, a post or a project from the panel and the design absorbs it, however long the list gets.
- Cut for the Gulf marketArabic numerals, dates and spacing handled properly, and an English version of equal quality — not a machine translation.
Best suited to
The eight pages you receive
All of them designed, written and wired to each other — not a home page and seven empty shells for you to finish.
Home
Hero, services, numbers, selected work, testimonials, and a closing call.
About
The company story, values, the team with photos, credentials and awards.
Services index
A grid of everything you offer, each with an icon, a line, and a link.
Single service
The important one — duplicate it per service, with its own FAQ, price and form.
Our work
A project gallery filtered by type, and a detail page for each one.
Blog
A post index with categories, tags, search and pagination.
Single post
A comfortable reading layout, a sticky outline, and related posts.
Contact
A form that reaches your inbox, a map, direct numbers and WhatsApp.
Six things that matter in daily use
A service page that duplicates endlessly
Add a service from the panel and a complete page appears in the same design — headline, description, features, pricing, FAQ, enquiry form. No code, no developer, no ticket.
Arabic and English side by side
Two complete versions on separate paths (/ar and /en) with a language switch in the header. Direction, typefaces, numerals and dates all change correctly, and search engines index each version in its own right.
Lighthouse 95+
Images converted to modern formats automatically, fonts served locally with no external requests, and pages pre-built. The result opens in under two seconds on mobile data.
SEO built in from the start
schema.org structured data on every service and post, a sitemap that generates itself, titles and descriptions editable from the panel, and clean readable URLs in both languages.
An admin panel you'll actually use
Edit copy, images, services and posts — even the order of the home page sections — from a plain interface. With a preview before publishing, so you never push something you're unsure about.
Forms that genuinely arrive
Every form is wired to a reliable mail service with spam protection, and a copy reaches your sales team on WhatsApp instantly. Not a pretty form that quietly swallows enquiries.
What actually happens when you buy
This schedule is for Template + installation. On Template only you receive the files and the installation guide within the hour, and our part ends at technical questions.
- Day zero
Order confirmed
The invoice and contract land in your inbox, along with the content form and the name and number of the developer personally assigned to you — not a shared support address.
- Day 1
Environment prepared
We set up hosting, the security certificate and email, and put the template on a private staging link you can open and follow along with as the work happens.
- Day 2–3
Your content goes in
Logo, colours, copy and images, forms wired to your inbox, analytics and search tools connected, and every service page set up.
- Day 4
Your review
We send the finished link, you gather every note into one document, and we apply them the same day. Two rounds included.
- Day 5
Launch and handover
Your domain pointed, a final pass on mobile and desktop, then login details, a written guide and a screen recording made for your site specifically.
And after handover: thirty days of direct support with the same developer — anything broken is fixed free.
Three ways to buy any template
Same template — what changes is how much work is left to you. These are Minara's prices for each package.
Package one
Template only
For developers and technical teams who have someone to install it. You get the files and work at your own pace.
- Full, organised source code
- The Figma design file
- Written installation guide
- Single-project licence
- 7 days of technical support
Package two
Template + installation
The natural choice for most buyers: a working site on your domain with your content, and you never open a code file.
- Everything in Template only
- Installed on your domain and hosting
- Certificate, email and forms wired
- Your copy, images and logo loaded in
- Analytics and Search Console connected
- Video walkthrough + two revision rounds
- 30 days of direct support
Delivered within 5 working days of your content
Package three
Template + full customisation
For when you want the site to actually be yours: your identity, your extra pages, wired into the systems you already run.
- Everything in Template + installation
- Recoloured and restyled to your brand
- Up to 4 extra pages in matching design
- Copywriting in Arabic and English
- Wired to your systems (CRM, payments, stock)
- Baseline SEO and page-speed work
- 90 days of support and revisions
Prices exclude hosting, the domain, and third-party plugin licences — we'll recommend the right ones and install on top, but the subscription stays in your name so you own your assets.
Packages over $500 split into two: 50% up front, 50% on delivery. Ask about the details
What the price does not cover
We'd rather you knew this before paying than after. No hidden cost surfaces on delivery day, and no small print waits at the end of the contract.
- Hosting and the domainBetween $60 and $140 a year depending on the size of your site. We recommend the right option and install on top of it, but the subscription stays in your name so you own your assets.
- Paid third-party licencesIf you need a tool beyond what's bundled — a specific payment gateway, an advanced booking system, a bulk email service — its licence is on you, and we'll help you pick the cheapest one that fits.
- Photography and videoPictures of your team, premises and products. We can arrange a photographer in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dubai as a separate service if you'd like.
- Copywriting on packages one and twoWe ship with demo copy written for your field and you replace it with your own. Professional final copy is included in full customisation only.
- Ongoing SEO and campaign managementThe site is handed over technically sound, but ranking is continuous work — a separate monthly service if you want it.
