17 minutes, and one question we read before your CV
No cover letter. This form is four short sections, and the one that matters most is the third: a campaign-day situation on a large online store, and we want to see how you'd handle it. At the end you upload your CV, because we present the team's CVs to the client who owns the project.

Project Manager (E-commerce)
We're looking for a project manager to lead a tech team dedicated to a large online store in Saudi Arabia. You'll be the single point of contact between the team and the client, responsible for priorities, reporting and keeping to the agreed response times. This role is tied to a new project expected to start in November 2026, and the appointment is confirmed once the project is approved.
What you'll do
- Take in every request through the ticketing system and set its priority.
- Send the 08:00 morning report: platform status, overnight orders, payment success rate and open incidents.
- Run the 10:00 daily meeting with the client's team.
- Track incidents by severity, update the client on schedule, and write a report after every major incident.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on keeping to the agreed response and resolution times.
- Plan work in weekly cycles and prepare campaigns with the team.
- Organise the shift and on-call rota.
- Attend a review meeting with the client's management every three months.
Requirements
- 5 or more years managing technical projects, at least two of them on an online store or a platform that runs around the clock.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar tools.
- Running work in short cycles with Scrum or Kanban.
- Incident management, and keeping to response times agreed with the client.
- Writing clear reports backed by numbers.
- Excellent Arabic and strong English, with experience working with Saudi or Gulf clients.
- Enough technical understanding to discuss work with the team and estimate time.
Nice to have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Knowledge of ITIL basics for IT service management.
- Experience managing major sales seasons.
- Reading Google Analytics reports.
Working conditions
- Full time and dedicated to a single long-term project, on an initial 12-month contract that can be renewed.
- Fully remote, from any country, on Saudi time.
- Fluent Arabic and English, reading and writing.
- Able to review Arabic and English pages and catch right-to-left layout problems.
- Previous experience on a live online store with electronic payments, offers and campaigns — not only brochure sites.
- Ready to work in shifts on Saudi time, Sunday to Thursday, and to take part in the emergency on-call rotation on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Ready for a heavier workload in the big campaign seasons — Ramadan, Eid, National Day, White Friday and the summer season — with advance notice.
- Committed to confidentiality and to protecting customer data, signing in to systems with a personal account and two-factor authentication.
- Working from a ticketing system such as Jira and documenting everything you deliver.
- Agreeing to your CV being shared with the client, and to a possible interview by the client.
- Available to start during November 2026.
Yes. It's fully remote, from any country, on Saudi time (GMT+3).
Sunday to Thursday in shifts, with an emergency on-call rotation on Fridays and Saturdays. You work the main daytime shift and send the morning report at 08:00. The final rota is confirmed before you start.
The start is during November 2026, on an initial 12-month contract that can be renewed. The role is tied to a new project, and the appointment is confirmed once the project is approved.
Yes. We present the team members' CVs, by name, to the client who owns the project, and the client may ask to interview a candidate. That's why the application form asks for your consent, and we don't share your CV without it.
We don't list the salary in the posting; it's agreed at the interview. The application form asks for the monthly salary you expect.
5 or more years managing technical projects, at least two of them on an online store or a platform that runs around the clock, with experience working with Saudi or Gulf clients.
You'll get a written answer by email within five working days of applying, yes or no.
