Four hours to launch, and three problems surface at once

This actually happened to us last March. Read it slowly, and answer as you'd genuinely act if the call were yours.

A client in Riyadh. Launch is agreed for 10 AM tomorrow and already announced on their social accounts. Doing the final pass, you find three things at the same time:

  1. The Services page takes 6 seconds to load on mobile because of the client's oversized images. It's supposed to be under three.
  2. The contact form receives and stores messages, but the email notification never reaches the client at all.
  3. An hour ago the client messaged asking for "a small addition" — a new section on the homepage, which isn't in the contract.

Your project manager is travelling and won't reply until tomorrow morning. The call is yours right now.

Write two things: (a) what you'd do in those four hours, in what order, and why? (b) the message you'd send the client right now, word for word.
